More importantly, however, we have integrated the content of these certifications and standards, and work in accordance with the specifications. This happens on a daily basis – without exception.
Clearly defined organizational structures and functioning processes are our little secret. Both are guarantees for perfect quality in the as-delivered condition and even more so in later use.
So every employee can tell you who is responsible for what. Our employees are regularly coached by external consultants. Depending on their specialty, employees are accompanied in their daily routine and supported where needs are discovered. Every employee is secure in their tasks and functions. Moreover, there is no hesitation to make the right decision when there are intolerable deviations in product quality or when it comes to internal processes.
These measures give employees the confidence to make the right decision at the right time.
The monitoring of processes is under continuous control. We monitor all relevant process parameters using statistical PLC process controls, intervening in all cases of deviation.
We are supported in this by an ingenious system of options with regards to 100% traceability.
Data is controlled by an inconspicuous label on the circuit board. This is a 2-dimensional data grid label with a serial number.
Each component assembled by bebro has an assigned label for the product, and every process parameter and test step, up to and including outgoing goods testing, can be traced.
So we can tell you, even years later, which lots of components are built into which delivered products. This helps you immensely, as the interaction between different component lots can impact component tolerances with regards to product lifetimes and in some cases cause headaches.
